At Helprr Digital Inc. (“Helprr”), we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency for both Task Posters and Task Providers while maintaining the integrity of our community.
1. For Task Posters
If you’ve posted a task and need to cancel, the refund amount depends on when you cancel and the type of task. Please review the table below:

2. For Task Providers
If you’ve accepted a task, it’s important to honor your commitment. Cancelling too often or too close to the scheduled start time may affect your reliability rating.

3. How to Cancel a Task
- Go to Active Tasks in the Helprr app.
- Click on the Help button on the top right corner and choose Cancel Task.
- A form will open, provide necessary details and press Submit.
- Once the form has been submitted a member of the Helprr Team will review and take action within 24 hours.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Reliability and Account Impact
Repeated last-minute cancellations by Task Providers or Task Posters may affect account standing and visibility on the platform. Helprr reserves the right to apply account limitations or suspensions in cases of repeated policy violations.

Helprr Digital Inc. may revise this policy periodically to ensure fairness and consistency. The latest version will always be available on our website.
