Helprr’s payment process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fully secure — protecting both you (the Task Poster) and the Task Provider (Helper).
Here’s how payments work from start to finish:
Step 1: Add a Payment Method
Go to Profile > Payment Settings.
Add your preferred credit/debit card or digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Your information is safely encrypted through our secure payment provider — Helprr never stores your card details.
Step 2: Post a Task
When posting your task, set a budget:
Fixed Price (one total amount for the job), or
Hourly Rate (for time-based work).
You won’t be charged at this stage — payment only happens once you assign a Task Provider (Helper).
Step 3: Assign a Task Provider (Helper)
Once you select your preferred Task Provider (Helper), you’ll be asked to confirm and pay for your task.
The payment amount is placed securely in escrow within the Helprr platform.
This ensures the Helprr knows funds are guaranteed, but they don’t receive the money until you approve the work as completed.
Step 4: Task Completion & Approval
When the task is finished, the Task Provider (Helper) will mark it as Complete in the app.
You’ll receive a notification to review their work.
If everything looks good — your payment will automatically go to the Task Provider (Helper).
Pro Tips
Always keep payments within the Helprr platform for your protection — never pay cash or use third-party apps.
Escrow protects both sides — you only pay for completed, approved work.
All transactions are digitally logged for easy record-keeping.
