Posting a task on Helprr is simple and helps you connect with reliable Task Provider (Helper) in your area. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Go to “Post a Task”
From the home screen, tap Post a Task.
You’ll be guided through a short form to create your task listing.
Step 2: Add Task Details
Title: A short, clear name (e.g., “Assemble a Bookshelf”).
Category: Select the right type (Moving, Cleaning, Furniture Assembly, Delivery, etc.).
Description: Explain what needs to be done. Be as specific as possible:
Size of the job (e.g., 3 boxes to move)
Any tools required
Special instructions (e.g., parking availability, stairs involved)
The more detail you provide, the better bids you’ll receive.
Step 3: Set Location & Time
Enter the task address or mark if it can be done remotely.
Choose a specific date and time or set it as flexible.
Step 4: Set a Budget
Choose between:
Fixed Price (one set cost for the whole job)
Hourly Rate (per hour worked)
Helprr will suggest a price range based on similar tasks to help guide you.
Step 5: Publish Your Task
Once published, nearby Task Provider (Helper) will be notified.
You’ll start receiving bids from interested Task Provider (Helper).
Step 6: Review Bids & Chat with Task Provider (Helper)
Go to My Tasks: Open your posted task.
You’ll see bids with each Task Provider (Helper):
Price offer
Profile info (skills, experience, verification)
Ratings & Reviews from other Posters
You can chat directly with Task Provider (Helper) to:
Ask clarifying questions
Negotiate timing or details
Confirm if they’re the right fit
Step 7: Select the Right Task Provider (Helper)
Compare experience, reviews, and communication before assigning.
Once ready, tap Assign Task to confirm your choice.
Step 8: Secure Payment Through The Platform
When you assign a task, your payment is securely held in escrow within the Helprr platform.
The Task Provider (Helper) only gets paid after the task is completed and approved by you.
This ensures both trust and protection for Task Posters and Task Provider (Helper).
